Fiberpol Inc. trading as Fiberpol Infrastructure · Effective date: 20 October 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to infrastructure.fiberpol.com (the “Website”), operated by Fiberpol Inc., trading as Fiberpol Infrastructure (“we”, “us” and “our”). It forms part of our Terms of Use and covers browsing, forms, downloads and any interactive features we make available. It governs website conduct, not the operation of products or services supplied under separate agreements.
Use the Website lawfully to learn about our products, review technical information and make relevant enquiries. Provide truthful information, respect others’ rights and use only accounts, contact details and materials you are authorised to use. If an account feature becomes available, keep credentials secure, do not share access unlawfully and report suspected compromise promptly.
The Website does not provide general authorisation for penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or access to restricted information. Request written permission before conducting tests. If you accidentally discover a vulnerability, stop the activity, avoid accessing or copying further data, and report it to [email protected] with the subject “Website security report”. Provide enough detail to help us investigate, without sending passwords, exposed personal data or harmful files through ordinary email. We will coordinate a suitable channel where necessary.
We may review relevant security logs and submissions as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not mean that we continuously monitor every activity. If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate, reject or remove submissions, limit automated activity, block access temporarily or permanently, or report unlawful activity where appropriate. Any preservation or disclosure of information will follow applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Our response will take account of the seriousness of the issue, the risk to users and systems, and any legal requirements. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to correct the problem or ask for review. Urgent threats may require immediate action without notice. We do not use this policy to restrict legitimate complaints, honest criticism or the exercise of legal rights.
Report suspected misuse or ask for review of an access restriction by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Website abuse” or “Access review”. Include the relevant page or event, approximate date and time, and a brief explanation. Please do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information.
We may update this policy as website features, risks or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show its effective date and applies to future use, subject to the notice provisions in our Terms of Use.
